The minimum order quantity for Digi Pehchan Parking tags is set at 200 units. Prices for this quantity will be shared with you by your dedicated manager.
To qualify for the exclusive selling option in your area, it is required to maintain a minimum stock of 1000 packs of Digi Pehchan Parking tags at all times.
It is strictly prohibited to sell parking tags loose or without their corresponding envelopes.
The selling price must adhere to the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and should not fall below 90% of the MRP.
All partners must maintain exemplary customer relations, displaying politeness, and refraining from making any false promises.
As the exclusive distributor for your designated area, you may anticipate receiving bulk leads and orders, with your name prominently featured on our APP and Web platform.
The partnership agreement will be valid for one year, with the option for renewal. Renewal necessitates placing a new order for 1000 units or more.
The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any breach of terms or if you are found stockpiling inventory without active marketing and sales.
Refunds of up to 75% of any unsold items are possible within 15 days of delivery, issued as a credit note. No refunds on customized items.
All shipments will be handled exclusively by couriers, with no provision for self-pickup/drop.
Requests for changes to the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or special packaging will not be entertained.
Marketing materials will be provided, with the company's expense limited to 25% of your purchase order value.
Compensation for field executives is capped at one person for two months (salary up to ₹10,000/month), requiring a minimum of 200 units sold per month.
The company reserves the right to appoint a new distributor if the agreement expires or there is a lack of responsiveness.
We are fully committed to supporting your business success and will provide all necessary assistance in marketing and sales efforts. This includes providing marketing materials such as pamphlets, brochures, and even branded merchandise like T-shirts. Additionally, if you choose to hire a field executive for sales, we are prepared to contribute up to 50% of their salary (maximum ₹10,000) for the 2nd and 3rd month of hiring.
